Leverate Media Asia – part of the Leverate Media Group, is expanding one of its strongest departments, Digital Media/Performance Marketing.

We are looking for highly experienced digital marketers that are able to create, manage and optimize performance-oriented campaigns on the highest standards.

The Agency and Client Growth depends on your duties and responsibilities as follow:

  • Oversee campaign performance, track daily performance and seek for efficiency improvement in performance
  • Consult the digital media team regarding campaign performance optimizations in order to maximize campaign outcome in regards to targeting KPIs
  • Make data-driven decisions utilizing internal tools and campaign insights, to measure channel or campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive new initiatives to improve workflow and processes within the digital media team
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing, social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
  • Work with advertising tools from Google, Facebook, Twitter, and other digital media platforms
  • Analytical mindset and an excellent understanding of online marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, Impressions, CPA, CR, etc. are a must
  • Support team on creating a new marketing strategy and execution of digital marketing communications and campaigns


In Demand Essentials Skills and Traits we seek in you:


  • Minimum of 3 years of recent digital marketing experience
  • Excellent understanding of Social media, Display and Search advertising on major digital marketing channels such as Facebook and Google
  • Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of performance marketing metrics
  • Outstanding skills in executing campaigns across various digital channels while ensuring that all campaign objectives and KPIs are met
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally
  • Highly organized, good time management, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
